1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

PropertyHub provides software for property owners and managers to track properties, leases, tenants, payments, and related records.

3. Your data

You own the records you put into PropertyHub. We process them solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments to and from tenants

Tenant ACH and card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. PropertyHub is not a money transmitter. Funds settle directly to your connected account. You are responsible for compliance with applicable landlord-tenant law in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use PropertyHub to discriminate against tenants in violation of fair housing law, to send unsolicited communications, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyHub's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms on notice.
