Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Landlord/manager account info: name, email, password hash, IP.
• Property and lease records you enter.
• Tenant records you enter (and tenants' portal accounts if invited).
• Payment metadata from Stripe (last4, bank name; never full account numbers).

How we use it

To provide the Service, send rent reminders and receipts, comply with applicable law (NACHA, Reg E, fair housing record-keeping), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

With Stripe (payments), Resend (email), AWS (hosting + storage), and any successor service providers we publish in advance.

Retention

While your account is active. After cancellation: ACH authorizations retained 2 years per NACHA. Other records retained per applicable state landlord-tenant law (typically 3–7 years).

Your rights

If you are a tenant in a state with privacy rights (CCPA, etc.), contact your landlord (the controller of your data) for access/deletion requests. PropertyHub will assist as a processor.
